The process
- Build the order on the list. Open the order list and add kits — 10 vials to a kit. The three tier prices sit beside every line, and a running total follows you down the page.
- Clear the minimum — 100 vials, any mix. The minimum applies to the order, not to each compound. One kit each of ten compounds clears it. The order summary tells you exactly how many vials you are short, if any.
- Submit the order request. Company, contact, and where it ships — about two minutes, no account and no password. You get a reference number on the spot.
- We confirm stock and email a written quote. Usually the same business day. If a line is short we say the lead time in the same email. The quote restates every line, tier and figure in writing.
- A person calls to arrange payment. Not a form, not a chatbot. Nothing is charged before you have the quote in hand, and no card is ever entered on this site.
- We ship from California with tracking. Monday to Friday. Storage and handling guidance ships with the order; freight is quoted separately.
What we need from you
- Business details
- Company name, contact name, email and phone — the quote and the payment call both go to real people.
- Shipping address
- Where the order lands. Freight is quoted against it.
- Business type
- Laboratory, university, CRO, distributor — it shapes the documentation we attach and how we verify the account.
- Eligibility confirmation
- Recorded at submission: you are purchasing on behalf of a business or research organization, and the material will not be used, resold, or supplied for human or veterinary use. See buyer eligibility.
What we don’t do
- No consumer sales — businesses and research organizations only.
- No online payment. The quote comes first, in writing, every time.
- No orders under 100 vials. For smaller volumes or private label, our sister brand Wholesale Peptide Supply is built for that.
