What this group is
The standard catalog is the largest of the three groups and the one most orders draw from. These lines are stocked in California and quoted from the published sheet, and the quote confirms both the lot and the date. They are not held at the depth of the staples, so an order larger than what is on the shelf is given a date on the written quote rather than an estimate here.
Fill weight matters more in this group than anywhere else on the site. Many standard lines are offered at two or three fill weights, and each is a separate line with its own tier count. A buyer who wants Tier 2 pricing on a compound reaches it faster by concentrating the order on one fill weight than by spreading the same vial count across three. Sizing a wholesale order works through the arithmetic.
Documentation is identical across the groups: a lot-specific certificate of analysis and a safety data sheet, both available on request through the COA page, and a lot number on every vial. The group label describes how a line is held, not how it is tested.

Buying questions
Is a standard-catalog line slower to ship than a staple?
Sometimes, and the quote is where you find out. A standard line is stocked, so an order inside what is on the shelf ships on the same footing as a staple; an order beyond it is given a date on the written quote, line by line. Nothing is promised on the page that the quote does not confirm.
Why do some standard lines have three fill weights and others one?
Because fill weights follow demand. A compound that is ordered for several kinds of work is stocked at several fills; one with a single common use case is stocked at one. Each fill weight is priced and tiered as its own line, so the choice affects the tier you reach, which the pricing page explains.
Can a standard line be moved to contract pricing?
Yes, above 10,000 vials of that compound. Submit the order as normal and the desk replies with a contract figure in writing instead of the sheet price. How to order covers what to include in the request.
