How lots are tested
Industry-standard battery, run per lot before release. The full story — methods, what each one establishes, and how to read a certificate — is on the quality page.
- HPLC
- Purity, assayed on each lot. The figure that matters is the one on that lot's certificate — ask for it with your quote and read the number for the material you would actually receive.
- Mass spectrometry
- Identity. The compound in the vial is confirmed against its expected mass, so what the label says is what the lot was shown to be.
- Endotoxin
- Screened per lot, with the result recorded on the same certificate.
- Independent laboratory
- Testing is run by an independent laboratory, not at our bench. We publish the results we are given, per lot, and the certificate carries the lab's own report.
- Lot-specific COAs
- Every vial carries its lot number; every certificate names one. The document you are sent matches the material that ships, and both COA and SDS are available on request before you commit to anything.

Who we supply
Businesses and research organizations only. You confirm this when you submit the order, and we keep the record — it is term 09 in the terms below.
- Research laboratories
- Reorder the same compounds at the same written terms without renegotiating each time. One kit of ten is a valid line — the 100-vial minimum applies to the whole order, not to each compound separately.
- Universities & institutes
- Written quotes with lot documentation attached on request — built for a procurement file, not a checkout page. No card is ever entered on this site.
- Contract research organizations
- Tier pricing works per compound, so the compounds you burn through fastest earn their breaks on their own quantity, whatever else is on the order.
- Distributors & resellers
- Published tiers to 2,500+ vials; above 10,000 vials of a single compound we move to contract pricing and quote it directly.
Terms of supply
The whole arrangement, in the order it comes up. Testing and certificates are covered on the quality page; anything else is answered by a person the same day.
- Order minimum
- Vials ship in kits of ten. The minimum is 100 vials — ten kits — on the order, in any mix: ten kits of one compound clears it, and so does one kit each of ten compounds. Tiers are a separate question (see 02).
- Tier pricing
- Three breaks: 100, 1,000, and 2,500 vials. Each compound reaches a break on its own quantity — compounds do not pool. Six hundred vials of one and six hundred of another are two Tier 1 lines, not one Tier 2 order; a thousand of a single compound is Tier 2 on that compound whatever else is on the order. Above 10,000 vials of one compound we quote contract pricing instead of the published sheet.
- Tier boundary
- You never pay more for less. If 999 vials of a compound would price higher than 1,000 of it would, we quote you the 1,000-vial price. The sheet checks this on every line rather than leaving you to find it.
- Payment
- There is no checkout and you never enter a card on this site. You submit the sheet, we confirm stock and send a written quote, then a person calls to arrange payment. Nothing is charged before you have the quote in hand.
- Quote time
- Usually the same business day. If something you asked for is short we tell you the lead time in the same email rather than leaving you waiting on it.
- Documentation
- Lots are tested before they ship. Ask for the certificate of analysis for the lot you are quoted and we will send it; the safety data sheet is available for the same material. Request both before you order if you need them for your own file.
- Traceability
- Every vial carries its lot number. What arrives can be matched against the documentation you were sent for that lot.
- Shipping
- Packed and dispatched from our California facility, Monday to Friday, with tracking. Storage and handling guidance ships with the order. Freight is quoted separately and is not included in sheet prices.
- Eligibility
- We supply businesses and research organizations. Every buyer confirms at submission that they are purchasing on behalf of one, and that the material will not be used, resold, or supplied for human or veterinary use. That confirmation is recorded with the order.
- Research use only

They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or compounded preparations, and they are not FDA-approved for any use. They are not for human or animal consumption. Purchasers must be qualified businesses or research professionals and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their handling, storage, use, and disposal.
