The condition on every sale
All products sold by Wholesale Amino Supply are supplied as chemical reagents for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or compounded preparations, and they are not FDA-approved for any use. They are not for human or animal consumption. Purchasers must be qualified businesses or research professionals and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their handling, storage, use, and disposal.
Who is eligible
Businesses and research organizations only — laboratories, universities and institutes, contract research organizations, and distributors or resellers operating under the same condition. We do not sell to consumers.
What every order records
At submission, the buyer confirms: “I confirm I am purchasing on behalf of a business or research organization, and that these products will not be used, resold, or supplied for human or veterinary use.” That confirmation is stored with the order — timestamped, with the exact text shown. It is a binding condition of supply, restated in the Terms of Sale.
Reselling
Distributors and resellers carry the condition downstream: material supplied by us must not be resold or supplied for human or veterinary use, and the reseller is responsible for its own buyers' compliance.

Every lot ships under its own lot number, tested before release, with the certificate of analysis and safety data sheet available on request — request them here. Storage and handling guidance ships with every order.
