Dispatch
Orders ship from our California facility, Monday to Friday, with tracking on every shipment. Lead times are stated per line on your written quote — staples ship fastest, made-to-order lines state their synthesis time up front.
Freight
Freight is quoted separately against your shipping address and appears on the same written quote as the product, before you commit to anything. Sheet prices never include it.
Packaging
Lyophilized vials ship sealed, packed for the material's stability in transit, with storage and handling guidance included in the shipment. Where a compound's stability requires cold-chain handling, the quote says so and the packaging carries it.
On arrival
Inspect the shipment when it lands. Vials can be matched line-by-line against the order and against the lot documentation you were sent. Report damage or discrepancies to the desk promptly — with the lot numbers — so we can resolve them with the carrier and our records.
Returns
Opened or temperature-sensitive goods are not returnable. Nothing should be returned without written authorization from the desk. This is stated plainly on the Terms of Sale as well — it is the nature of research reagents, not a policy preference.
