Who may buy
We sell to businesses and research organizations only. There are no consumer sales. At submission, every buyer confirms it is purchasing on behalf of a business or research organization and that the products will not be used, resold, or supplied for human or veterinary use; that confirmation is recorded with the order. Orders, quotes and payment
- The order minimum is 100 vials per order, in any mix of compounds.
- Submitting an order request is not a purchase. Every order is confirmed by a written quote; the quote states its own validity window.
- Payment is arranged offline, by phone, after you accept the quote. No payment is taken on this website. Our team follows a documented process for card details taken by phone: access restricted, card verification codes never written down or recorded.
- Prices are per vial in USD and exclude freight, which is quoted separately.
Shipping, title and risk of loss
Orders ship from our California facility, Monday to Friday, with tracking. Lead times are stated on the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Inspect on arrival and report damage or discrepancies to the desk promptly so we can put them right with the carrier and the lot records.
Returns
Opened or temperature-sensitive goods are not returnable — stated plainly because it is the nature of the material, not a policy preference. Do not return anything without written authorization from the desk; unauthorized returns are not credited.
Research use only
All products are supplied as chemical reagents for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, or compounded preparations, and they are not FDA-approved for any use. The buyer represents that it will not use, resell, or supply the products for human or veterinary use, and is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law governing their handling, storage, use, disposal, and any downstream resale — including export control restrictions and restricted destinations.
Warranties and liability
Products are documented per lot; the certificate of analysis for a lot states what was measured on that lot. Beyond that documentation, products are provided as-is and all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. The buyer indemnifies us against claims arising from the buyer's use, handling, or resale of the products.
Communications
We operate by outbound calling to arrange payment and follow an internal do-not-call practice: ask not to be called and we note it and stop. SMS is sent only with separate express consent — see the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force for an order is the one published when the order was submitted. Changes are posted here with a new effective date.
