Who we are
This policy covers wholesaleaminosupply.com, operated by the company that also operates Wholesale Peptide Supply, at 185 Paularino Ave Ste B, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The privacy contact is orders@wholesaleaminosupply.com and the desk is (949) 602-4375. Both brands, one company; this policy names both domains as in scope. This site is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to anyone under 18.
What we collect
- Identifiers and business contact information — name, company, email, phone, shipping address — when you submit an order request, a document request, or a message.
- Commercial information — the contents of your order and quote requests, including compounds, quantities, and the prices shown at the time.
- Internet activity — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested). The order you build on the catalog is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and reaches us only when you submit it.
- Consent records — when you tick a consent box we store the timestamp, IP address, user agent, the exact text version you saw, and the page.
Why we collect it
To answer you, verify buyer eligibility, prepare written quotes, arrange payment and shipping, keep the records the law requires of a chemical supplier, and protect the service from abuse. We retain records for as long as they serve those purposes or as law requires, then delete them.
Who it is shared with
Service providers by category, named where possible: hosting (Vercel), CRM (Zoho), analytics (Google), and our email provider. Payment is handled offline — no card data touches this website. We do not sell personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS, where you separately opt in, is limited to order and quote updates; marketing messages would require separate express written consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. SMS consent given to one of our brands is not shared with the other.
Your rights
California's CCPA/CPRA grants the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising them. We apply these rights to all users, in every state, regardless of statutory threshold. To exercise them, email orders@wholesaleaminosupply.com — we verify the request against the records we hold, accept authorized agents with written permission, and respond within the statutory timelines. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
Security and breach notification
Records are stored with access restricted to the people who work your order. If a breach affects your personal information, we notify you as the law requires, without unreasonable delay.
Changes
Changes to this policy are posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use collected information do not apply retroactively without consent.
