Our facility in California, Monday to Friday, with tracking on every order. Packaging and cold-chain practice are described on the quality page.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently quote and ship within the United States. If your order needs to land elsewhere, put it in the order notes and the desk will tell you plainly whether we can serve it. The terms are on shipping and returns.
Is freight included in the sheet prices?
No — sheet prices are per vial and freight is quoted separately against your shipping address, stated on the same written quote before you commit. How a quote is laid out is in reading a wholesale quote.
