Ordering, minimums and tiers.

The questions asked before every first order, answered in the first sentence. The full process is on how to order.

What is the minimum order?

100 vials — ten kits of 10 — across the whole order. You can mix compounds freely to reach it: one kit each of ten compounds clears the minimum just as well as ten kits of one. The order list shows how many vials you are short as you build.

How do the three price tiers work?

Each compound carries three published per-vial prices, at 100+, 1,000+ and 2,500+ vials. A compound reaches a break on its own quantity — compounds do not pool toward a tier, so 500 vials each of two compounds are two Tier 1 lines. The full model, with a worked example, is on the pricing page.

What if my order is just under a tier?

You never pay more for a smaller order. If 999 vials of a compound would cost more than 1,000 of it would, we quote the 1,000-vial price — the order list applies this check to every line automatically, and the pricing page states the rule in full.

Why is there no checkout on the site?

Because wholesale orders deserve a written quote first. You submit the order, we confirm stock and email the quote — usually the same business day — and a person calls to arrange payment. No card is ever entered on this site. The whole flow is on how to order.

How fast do I get a quote?

Usually the same business day. If a line is short, the same email states its lead time rather than leaving you waiting, and the quote restates every line, tier and figure in writing. Submit through the quote form.

What about orders above the published tiers?

Above 10,000 vials of a single compound we quote contract pricing directly instead of the published sheet. Submit the order as normal — the desk comes back with the contract figure. The threshold is stated on the pricing page.
