Fifteen of them reproduce the C-terminal stretch of human growth hormone, residues 177 to 191 of the 191-residue protein; the sixteenth is a tyrosine added at the N-terminus. It is therefore a fragment analogue rather than a modified full-length hormone, and it sits in this catalog with the incretin family for ordering purposes although it is not an incretin sequence.

The molecular weight is 1,815.1 g/mol, around a third that of the lipidated incretin peptides listed beside it. There is no lipid chain, which makes it a straightforward peptide to handle: it wets readily, does not foam, and gives a clear solution quickly.
