Ordering at volume
The blend is bought, quoted and tiered as one line. Its quantity counts toward its own breaks only; vials of the blend do not add to a BPC-157 line or a TB-500 line on the same order, and those lines do not add to it. The per-vial figure is expected to sit below the sum of one vial of each single compound, because one vial, one stopper and one freeze-drying slot serve both peptides.
Availability depends on both components being in stock at once, which for two high-volume lines is the normal state; where one is on back-order the blend waits for it. A blend lot carries a lot number of its own; ask whether its certificate also cites the lots of the two peptides that went into it, if your records track components.
A first order should confirm the ratio in writing on the purchase order, written out as the mass of each peptide, since "5/5" and "10/10" are shorthand and are read differently by different suppliers. What the material is
This blend is a single vial containing two peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500, at equal mass. The catalog fill "5/5 mg" means 5 mg of each peptide in the vial and "10/10 mg" means 10 mg of each; the figure is per component, not the total. There is no molecular weight for the line because it is a mixture, and how the certificate reports the two components is a question to ask when requesting it.
Both peptides are dried together into one cake, so the vial looks like any single-compound vial: a white to off-white lyophilized solid under a crimped aluminium seal. It cannot be told apart from a single-peptide vial by eye, which is why the label and the lot certificate carry the composition and why the two lines should never be decanted or re-labelled after receipt.
Storage and reconstitution
Store the sealed vial frozen, dry and dark. Nothing about the mixture changes the storage rule for the individual peptides; the more sensitive of the two sets the limit, and for a plain peptide pair that limit is generous under seal.
One solvent dissolves both. Sterile water or a mild neutral buffer added gently gives a single clear solution; the longer TB-500 component takes a little longer to go in than the BPC-157 does, so allow the vial to stand before judging it. A clear, colourless liquid with no particles is the expected end point.
After dissolving, the two peptides share one solution and one shelf life, which is the shorter of the two. Hold it refrigerated and in the dark and, if freezing, divide it beforehand so that no portion goes through more than one freeze-thaw cycle.

What does "5/5 mg" mean on the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend?
5 mg of BPC-157 and 5 mg of TB-500 in the same vial. The "10/10 mg" fill is 10 mg of each. The figure is always per peptide; the vial holds twice that in total.
Is the blend cheaper than buying BPC-157 and TB-500 separately?
Per vial the blend costs less than one vial of each single compound added together, since the two peptides share one vial and one freeze-drying run, but it is a single line with a single tier count. Whether it works out cheaper on an order depends on whether you would otherwise reach a higher tier on the single lines.
Does the blend certificate identify both peptides?
Ask when you request it through COA requests: a certificate for a two-peptide lot may identify each peptide on its own or report one combined mass check, and it is lot-specific either way.
Can the blend ratio be changed on a wholesale order?
