Ordering at volume
A blend is one line on the order and one line on the quote. Glow Blend reaches each break, 100, 1,000 and 2,500, on blend vials alone; it does not pool with single-compound vials of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 or TB-500, and those lines do not pool with it. A buyer taking 600 blend vials and 600 TB-500 vials holds two Tier 1 lines, not one Tier 2 line. Within the vial, the TB-500 share governs the per-vial rate, since at 50 mg it is by far the largest mass present.
Glow Blend is a standard-stock line; if an order outruns the shelf, the written quote carries the date. The ratio is fixed at fill across a lot; what varies is how the certificate reports it.

What the material is
Glow Blend is a three-component peptide blend supplied as one freeze-dried fill in a single vial: 10 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of BPC-157 and 50 mg of TB-500, a ratio of 1:1:5 by mass. GHK-Cu is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys. BPC-157 is a linear peptide of 15 residues. TB-500 is the thymosin β4 material sold on its own line. No molecular weight is given for the blend, because a mixture of three species has no single mass.
The three peptides are combined before drying, so the vial holds one cake rather than three powders, and the buyer cannot separate them again. The copper complex lends the cake a pale blue to blue-violet cast: a Glow Blend vial is not expected to be pure white, and a white cake in this line is the anomaly worth querying. The cake should sit as a single intact disc at the bottom of the vial beneath the stopper.
Each peptide in the vial is the same material sold as its own line in this catalog: TB-500, GHK-Cu and BPC-157. The blend adds nothing to them but the combined fill; its identity is the three masses and their ratio, and the name refers to that ratio only. A different ratio of the same three is not a catalog item.
Storage and reconstitution
Sealed vials go to −20 °C, kept dry and protected from light. Refrigerated storage is acceptable for short periods, and transit excursions to ambient temperature do not affect a vial that is still sealed with its cake whole. Keep the vials in their carton rather than on an open shelf.
An intact cake is one blue-tinted disc with a clean edge. Collapse, shrinkage or a cake slumped to one side means the lyophilization cycle ran short or the seal has admitted moisture; photograph it with the lot number before opening the rest of the carton. Any shift away from the tint the lot arrived with is also worth reporting, since the colour is part of what the lot looked like when released.
The cake dissolves without difficulty in sterile water or a buffer suited to the assay, giving a clear, faintly blue solution; all three components go into solution together and cannot be taken up one at a time. In solution, keep it at 2–8 °C and in the dark, and split it into single-use portions before any freezing. A mixed solution is only as stable as its least stable component, so repeated freeze-thaw cycles are a worse idea here than with a single peptide.
