What the material is

Klow Blend puts four peptides into one vial as a single freeze-dried fill: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 at 10 mg apiece and KPV at 50 mg, a mass ratio of 1:1:1:5. KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val; GHK-Cu is glycyl-histidyl-lysine carrying a copper(II) ion; BPC-157 is a 15-residue chain; TB-500 is the thymosin β4 line. KPV makes up the greater part of the fill by mass. The blend carries no molecular weight of its own; four species in one vial have four masses, not one.

It is not Glow Blend with KPV added on. In Klow Blend TB-500 drops to 10 mg from the 50 mg it holds in Glow Blend, and KPV takes the 50 mg position instead. The two lines share three peptide names but agree on the mass of only two of them, so a purchase order naming the wrong one is filled as written. Each component is also sold singly: TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-Cu and KPV.

As supplied it is a single lyophilized cake in a sealed vial. The copper complex tints it, so expect a pale blue disc rather than a white one; KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 are white on their own, and the colour comes from the GHK-Cu share alone. Apart from the tint, the vial looks like any other lyophilized peptide line here: stopper, crimp, and a cake that should be whole.

Storage and reconstitution

Sealed vials belong in the freezer, −20 °C, with light and moisture kept off them; a short stretch refrigerated does no harm. The four-component cake is judged like any other: one whole disc, not slumped, resting on the vial floor with no shrinkage away from the glass. Leave vials in their carton until they are needed.

A collapsed or partly dissolved cake means moisture reached the powder, through a failed seal or a lyophilization cycle that ended early, and the vial should be set aside and photographed with its lot number. Do not judge the fill by cake height; height varies from run to run, so compare vials within a lot rather than against a vial from another line.

Dissolved in sterile water or an assay buffer, the material gives a clear solution with a faint blue tint, with all four peptides in it together; the buyer cannot re-separate them. Hold the solution cold, 2–8 °C, out of light, and portion it out for single use before it is frozen. With four components present, repeated freeze-thaw cycles are more likely to change the mixture than a single-peptide solution.

How is Klow Blend different from Glow Blend?

KPV is added at 50 mg and TB-500 comes down from 50 mg to 10 mg; GHK-Cu and BPC-157 stay at 10 mg each. They are separate lines with separate tiers, so vials of one never count toward the other's break, and they should never be swapped on a purchase order.

Can the KPV mass in Klow Blend be changed on a wholesale order?

Not on this line. The 10/10/10/50 ratio is fixed at fill and every vial in a lot carries it. If a different ratio is needed, ask the desk before raising the purchase order rather than writing it on the order itself.

Is Klow Blend tinted like GHK-Cu?

Yes, though lightly. GHK-Cu is blue-violet as a copper complex and is one of four peptides in the cake, so expect a pale blue disc rather than the deep colour of a pure GHK-Cu vial. KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500 are white on their own.

What sets the date on a large Klow Blend order?
